The safety of our patients and staff is priority one at Dr. Bertagni's dental practice. Our office meets and exceeds the OSHA standards of infection control and office safety. We sterilize each operatory between patients, steam autoclave all instruments, and use disposable dental supplies whenever possible.

Dr. Bertagni recognizes that emergencies do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to your needs as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises when the office is open, please call the office as early in the day as possible so we can attempt to accommodate you on the same day. Insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance, a deductible and other expenses that must be paid by the patient.

Please bring your insurance plan information with you so we can be certain that you are getting the full benefit out of you dental insurance plan.

At the end of each visit you are asked to pay the full amount of the incurred dental treatment. We will be glad to electronically file your claim for you for a fast trouble free reimbursement of your procedure. If you have any questions about your plan or coverage, please feel free to ask one of our staff for help.
